Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a Shift Lead to help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Shift Lead plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order, that employees perform duties properly and efficiently, and that procedures are followed with integrity.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, friendly, and positive, with the ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress situations and to lead by example.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.
• Ensure the store is in exceptional order and that employees perform duties properly and efficiently.
• Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and lead by example.
