Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver great customer service and uphold standards.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders as needed, and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance at all times.
• Prepare and maintain shift reports on sales, labor, and incidents.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Support cash handling procedures and ensure accurate transactions.
