Job summary

Philz Coffee is seeking a Team Lead (Shift Supervisor) in Dana Point to oversee daily shift activities and support a dynamic team of baristas. You’ll model exceptional service, craft quality drinks, and help foster a welcoming community atmosphere.

Previous supervisory experience in fast-paced food and beverage is preferred; barista experience is not required. You will train staff, manage breaks, and contribute to safety and operational procedures while advancing within Philz.

• Willingness to train new baristas and learn Philz standards.
• Flexible schedule and reliability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift activities and motivate the team.
• Handcraft drinks with care and ensure quality.

• Assess performance and ensure schedule adherence.
• Assist Store Leader with operations and training.
