Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Grove City, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee customer service and store operations. This full-time role (37-40 hrs/wk) may include 1st–3rd shift coverage and requires compliance with liquor and tobacco laws, safe operation, and ethical conduct.

The shift leader will drive guest satisfaction through the Hi Five approach, manage POS and gas transactions, ensure proper stocking, and support management with records and daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail setting.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales laws.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and beverages.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and record transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, inviting displays.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and required documents.
