Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and manage required cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products/services, and resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Model customer service best practices and coach team members.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management when needed.
• Assist with vendor orders, returns, and backdoor deliveries.
• Register all sales and manage price verifications, voids, and errors on cash registers.
• Review order exceptions and assist with reverse logistics and returns.
• Develop displays, forecasts, and resets for promotions and seasonal items.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, signage, and local regulations.
