Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store Operations/Customer Experience role in Covington, WA. The associate will open/close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, process returns and refunds, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business.

You will support vendor deliveries through the back door and uphold store standards throughout the shift. The position requires leadership experience, the ability to communicate clearly in English, and familiarity with basic store systems.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles cash & start-up tasks.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Coaches team members on ordering, pricing, and backdoor vendor deliveries.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and proper pricing, signage, and displays.
