Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Handle returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Hold store keys for opening/closing and assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Register sales accurately, manage price changes and display signage, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising, stock rotation, and resets.
• Support bookkeeping tasks and basic store maintenance; enforce store policies.
