Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and helps others follow best practices to ensure great service.
• Manages store systems, pricing tasks, inventory counts, and backroom operations.
