Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, with cash handling and system start‑ups.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Model customer service best practices and proactive assistance.
• Hold store keys, open back door for deliveries, and manage vendor deliveries.
• Register sales, track scanning errors, price verifications, voids, and price changes.
• Review order exceptions, assist with reverse logistics, and maintain displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across departments, stockroom, and overstock.
• Ensure pricing signage and regulatory compliance; assist with bookkeeping and repairs as needed.
• Support separation of food items, stock rotation, and restock outs.
• Know store systems and equipment; assist at Pharmacy out window when requested.
• Comply with policies, maintain respectful coworker relationships, and complete assignments.
