Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service leadership role.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee and matcha products
• Provide exceptional hospitality to Blank Street customers
• Train new employees to succeed at Blank Street and ensure recipe and process compliance
• Open and close the store safely and follow checklists
• Handle and resolve customer issues
• Lead and support initiatives to increase foot traffic, sales, and profitability
