Bruegger's Bagels in Melrose, MA is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. We value work-life balance and close stores early, so you won’t miss important life moments while leading a motivated crew to deliver a great guest experience.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach team members, and ensure quality and a safe, clean environment. This role offers growth within the Bagel Brands family.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe certification required prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations.
