Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Winchester, MA. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience, opening and closing with minimal supervision, and coaching staff as needed.

The role supports a weekday-to-weekend schedule with no evenings or nights at many locations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years, ServSafe certification, and a valid driver’s license where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but location dependent).

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate and coach team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Set the morale and tone of the team and provide feedback.
• Ensure quality and safety of food and store environment.
