Qualifications

• 2+ Years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Be polite, enthusiastic, high energy, respectful and hospitable.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop future leaders.
• Previous restaurant/retail management in fast-paced environment.
• Decision making.
• Knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, 3rd party delivery platforms.
• Quality focus.
• Always smile.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the highest level of guest service.
• Establish daily accountability for registers and cash handling; close out, ensure funds are accounted for.
• Adhere to Bareburger operating standards.
• Monitor and supervise timely arrival of scheduled employees; address scheduling challenges; ensure adequate staffing.
• Establish tasks for a clean workplace: stocking supplies, restrooms, and public spaces.
• Address customer concerns regarding products, services, or employee interactions.
• Resolve concerns while adhering to company policy and standards of behavior.
• Ensure proper approval for customer discounts, returns and exchanges; provide customer satisfaction.
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
