Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and drive guest satisfaction at our Avon, Connecticut location. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and help ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, and willingness to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends. ServSafe certification is required before completion of leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible hours including mornings; ability to work weekends as needed.
• Must pass background check per local/state/federal law.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion.
• Driver’s license preferred at some locations per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed to maintain quality.
• Ensure a safe, clean store environment and accurate product preparation.
