You will hire, train, and schedule staff, monitor inventory, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while meeting company targets for sales and costs.

Formación

• Valid certified food protection certification required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience creating production par levels.
• Purchasing of all necessary items and supplies.
• Managing all purchases to budget.
• Managing labor cost to budget.
• Inventory management and proper storage practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen operations and manage Back of House team.
• Assist in hiring and training kitchen staff.
• Create and manage kitchen schedules to meet demand.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relations.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and timely preparation.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and third-party platforms.
• Maintain equipment and space maintenance routines.
• Drive cost controls: labor, COGS, and direct costs.
• Respond to guest questions and complaints professionally.
• Support menu adherence and food quality targets.
