Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced leader to manage daily store operations and deliver WOW customer service in Roseville. You will train crew, oversee associates, and ensure accurate stock placement while maintaining smooth opening and closing procedures.

The role emphasizes staffing, merchandising, and cost control, with a focus on fast, friendly customer interactions and upholding store standards. This is an hourly, front-line leadership position.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer with fast, friendly checkout and training.
• Oversee daily store activities and support staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to the floor quickly.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and prep for operations.
• Onboard and train associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses via merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
