Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Train crew on BEST customer service experience and standards.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance for great service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
