Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote services to drive engagement and sales.
• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and prepare vehicles for washing.
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to keep operations on track.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and ensure adherence to Sparkle Assurance standards.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to maintain site performance.
