Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot. You know the site, you know the crew, and when management is not on-site, you run it with ownership and accountability. You lead by example, ensuring customers are greeted warmly and that every wash meets our Sparkle Assurance standards.

Expect fast, physical outdoor work. You’ll supervise openings/closings, delegate tasks, and keep operations running smoothly while maintaining safety and quality across all washes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced outdoor service environment.
• Ability to open/close the site and manage operations in leadership absence.
• Strong focus on safety, guest experience, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and promote memberships.
• Direct vehicles into wash tunnel and prepare vehicles for washing.
• Lead shift, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and uphold Sparkle Assurance.
