Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure smooth shift operations while delivering a great customer experience. You’ll engage with customers, support daily operations, uphold site standards, and step in to lead the team when management is not on-site.

You will greet customers, promote memberships, direct vehicles into the wash, monitor safety, and coordinate with teammates to keep the site running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer interactions: greet, answer questions, promote memberships and educate on wash packages.
• Direct vehicles into wash tunnel safely and monitor equipment.
• Lead team during shifts in absence of Site Leader.
• Inspect vehicles and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive experience while explaining services and memberships.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other offerings to drive engagement and sales.
• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and prepare vehicles for washing.
• Monitor equipment and enforce safety protocols during operations.
• Lead the team during shifts, provide directions, and delegate tasks as needed.
• Open and close procedures as a key holder, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Inspect vehicles for quality, identify missed spots, and report issues.
