Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead who sets the standard on the lot, knows the site and the crew, and runs it when management is not on-site. This role is about ownership, leadership, and hands-on supervision in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will lead customer engagement, direct vehicles into the wash, ensure safety and quality, and guide the team through opening/closing procedures to keep the site running smoothly.

• Greet customers and promote services and memberships
• Direct vehicles into wash tunnel and ensure safety and efficiency
• Lead and support the team during shifts; open/close procedures
