Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shifts with energy and passion, coaching teammates, ensuring top customer satisfaction and upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will partner with the GM on business initiatives, maintain high food quality, and lead by example in a fast-paced restaurant environment. 18+, with strong communication and leadership skills, preferred shift-lead experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in restaurant/retail with 3 months of shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Access to dependable transportation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Operates cash register and makes change as needed.
• Strong basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet high standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members to success and provide feedback to the GM.
• Oversee MIC routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Assist GM with Team Member screening and training.
• Support Profit & Loss through cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Maintain equipment and facility standards, health and safety.
