Job summary

MINISO USA in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help with cashiering, opening and closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing while promoting the membership program to foster loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cashiering, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
