Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager in daily operations and KPI achievement. You will train associates, handle cash, and support merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.

You will promote the store’s membership program, maintain store standards, and ensure a positive, energetic environment that drives sales and creates memorable experiences for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and KPI achievement.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Handle cash, open/close procedures, replenishment, merchandising, and store upkeep.
