Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help meet KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a positive store environment to ensure a memorable shopping experience for customers. Prior retail leadership and flexibility to travel are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience as keyholder or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and cleanliness per procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to policies.
• Process transactions using POS systems and participate in promotions.
