• Oversees open, mid, or close routines and communicates with the next shift lead.

Responsibilities

• Delegate responsibilities to the team and ensure guest expectations are exceeded.
• Ensure all products are stocked and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of the dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
• Owns shift routines for opening, mid, or closing periods.
