Job summary

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a Lead to provide leadership to crew and other leads during each shift, ensuring great quality, service and cleanliness for guests. The role includes planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to maintain Hawaiian Bros standards.

You will oversee safety, security, food safety, inventory, and communication with the next shift leader to prepare a smooth handoff.

Job description

A Lead provides leadership to crew and other leads during a shift to ensure great quality, service and cleanliness to customers. Leads perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting Hawaiian Bros standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next leader to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
