Sonic Drive-In in Arkansas is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop people, drive sales, and control costs during shifts. You will ensure outstanding product quality and customer service while following standard operating policies.

As a key shift leader, you will train and coach staff, manage staffing levels, handle guest and employee concerns, and uphold all health, safety, and operational standards. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach drive-in staff during shifts.
• Lead drive-in operations to provide a great guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels and shift schedules.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Handle guest and employee issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and quality standards during shifts.
• Maintain records and comply with policies and procedures.
