Whistle Express is hiring a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot. You will lead the crew when management is off-site, take ownership, and hold the team to high standards. The role is fast-paced, physical, and highly visible, with a focus on guest experience and site cleanliness.

You will greet customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, and ensure safe vehicle handling. Expect responsibilities in opening/closing, team coordination, and maintaining quality throughout each shift.

• Lead the team during shifts, assign tasks, and provide guidance in absence of leaders.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and ensure adherence to Sparkle Assurance standards.
