Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot and run operations when management is not on-site. You will lead a fast-paced, outdoor team, ensure safety, and uphold quality as customers arrive for service.

You will engage customers, drive sales of wash packages and memberships, and supervise the crew to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction during your shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to open/close the site and supervise shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, efficient car wash experience.
• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and supervise crew.
• Open/close procedures and lead the shift when leadership is not on-site.
• Monitor safety and quality, resolving issues quickly.
• Promote services and memberships to drive engagement and sales.
