Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Lead in Oceanside, CA to supervise crew during shifts, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will help with opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, while delivering fast, friendly service in a high-energy kitchen.

Preferred candidates have restaurant or leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a dependable, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.

• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Wingstop standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
