Job summary

Jimmy John’s in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a Shift Lead to run the shift when the General Manager isn’t on duty. You’ll ensure every sandwich is prepared to standard, every customer leaves happy, and the team stays fast, accurate, and energized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).
• Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
