Job summary

Jimmy John’s in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a Shift Lead to run the shift when the General Manager isn’t on duty. You’ll ensure every sandwich is prepared to standard, every customer leaves happy, and the team stays fast, accurate, and energized.

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).
• Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.

Job DetailsJob Location: Wake Forest, NC 27587Salary Range: $14.00 - $20.00 HourlyJob Summary: Shift Leads run a shift, but do not have authority over other employees. The Shift Lead’s job is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to confirm that operational standards are maintained at all times during their shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
