Jimmy John’s is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Shift Lead ensures the store is in order and that employees perform duties efficiently, while following systems and procedures with integrity.

The role requires an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude. There are opportunities for career advancement to a titled manager, participation in the in-store tipping pool biweekly, and free employee meals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.
