Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader for the Greenville/Dallas, TX area. You will supervise a shift, ensure food safety, oversee product prep, cleanliness, and adherence to Wingstop standards while supporting cashiers and cooks. A strong focus on exceptional guest service is essential.

You will train crew members, monitor inventory, and enforce policies to keep the operation running smoothly during peak hours, including opening and closing routines and staff coordination.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service is required.
• supervise shift operations and ensure standards.
• Train newer crew members in their tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and inventory controls.
• Open/Close the store and meet required hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding service with a guest-friendly environment.
• Trains newer crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Store policies are followed by all staff members.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure breaks are coordinated effectively and quickly.
• Assemble and package orders according to the Wingstop standard.
• Assist all other positions when necessary.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen & dining room clean throughout the shift.
• Ensure guest health and safety consciousness.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Close procedures and equipment checks are followed.
