Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will lead staff during shifts, ensure opening/closing procedures, and promote a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

The role requires initiative, strong communication, and the ability to respond to urgent issues at the store.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Management – supervise crew, coordinate with store management and communicate effectively with staff.
• Customer Service – assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, uphold CVS service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation – price, stock, display, sign, inventory, and reset departments per planograms.
