Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Englewood, Ohio. The role supports the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence, especially when managers are absent.

You will lead store staff, supervise daily activities, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed while upholding CVS customer service standards and confidentiality. The position offers hours around 29 per week with pay range $16.00 per hour and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite; ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
