Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in a CVS/pharmacy setting. You will support the Store Management team, lead staff in opening/closing procedures, and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes supervising crew, communicating with management, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers. The position requires a high school diploma (preferred) and a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff in the absence of a manager or supervisor; ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and weekly promotional materials.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and support a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
