Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Charlottesville, VA to support the Store Management team and help drive store execution and customer satisfaction. When no manager is onsite, you lead the team, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain daily operations to provide a top-tier CVS customer experience.

You will handle merchandise, assist customers, and coordinate with management while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, upholding CVS customer service standards.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and uphold policy.
• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.

Education
