Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet customers warmly.

• Guide guests through packages and memberships.
• Engage with customers post-wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Support team to meet sales goals and maintain site standards.
• Handle opening/closing duties and ensure safety and cleanliness.
