Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preference for internal promote who completed learning zone training.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance.
• Offer coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns to manager and HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and preparation audits.
• Conduct daily inventory monitors and share cash procedures responsibility.
