Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Shift Leader in California to provide hourly supervisory coverage, uphold service standards, and train team members during all shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, managing cash, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and opening/closing tasks, while promoting a positive guest experience.

Candidates should have at least 6 months in a supervisory role, be 18+, and hold a HS diploma or GED; legal work status in the US required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back-of-house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
