Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Teaneck, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams and ensure top-notch customer service while upholding brand and food-safety standards.

You'll train new hires, monitor cash handling, and perform opening, closing and POS duties, with opportunities to cross-sell and grow with a fast-paced, reputable employer in the travel plaza network.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling and temperature control.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products/services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and policies.
• Inform leadership of issues observed.
