• Resolves customer issues and assists with product returns, refunds and pricing tasks.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Looks after store systems and equipment; assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, displays, pricing, and signage; supports audits and price changes.
