Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Engage customers to provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Model customer service best practices and assist team members in delivering Walgreens service traits.
• Register all sales accurately, review order exceptions, and assist with backroom and vendor deliveries.
