Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store, handles cash, starts required systems, and readies floor and stock room for business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Engages customers with a friendly experience and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Holds store keys and opens/closes in manager's absence; supports vendor deliveries via back door.
• Registers sales with accuracy, reviews pricing and signage, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, assists with displays, pricing, and stock rotation.
• Performs bookkeeping tasks, assists with back-office duties, and supports maintenance needs.
• Serves as liaison between management and team; communicates tasks and reports issues.
