• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services to resolve issues.
• Maintains store keys, assists with vendor deliveries, pricing, and displays, and ensures clean, orderly store conditions.
