• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change as requested.
• Delivers friendly customer service and resolves customer questions and issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers sales, tracks pricing and scanning errors, and handles price verification.
• Assists with inventory accuracy, displays, and basic merchandising, including promotions and resets.
• Maintains store cleanliness and compliance with policies, and assists with bakery/food item separation and stock rotation.
