Job summary

Walgreens in Sylva, NC is seeking a store team member to open/close the store when management is not present, handle cash, assist customers, and maintain product placement and pricing. You will help with returns, refunds, and daily operations while upholding Walgreens service standards.

You will greet customers, resolve issues, support inventory control, merchandising, and compliance with store policies, and participate in training to deliver a distinctive customer experience daily.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle cash and deliveries.
• Assist customers, process returns, refunds, and cash drops.
• Maintain pricing, signage, displays and inventory controls.
• Support warehouse/vendor processes and ensure compliance with policies.
