• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, with required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops; provides change as needed.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Interacts with customers to assist with products and services and resolves issues.
• Manages pricing, signage, inventory counts, and basic merchandising.
• Supports with backroom activities, vendor deliveries, and housekeeping.
